Jake Scott would regularly have issues with the 82 year-old when he was living above her, and she was dating ex-beau Andrew Brady.
The 82 – year-old, a games designer, toldThe Sun: ‘All I was asking from her is to be a little more reasonable and show some consideration for us as the house was terrible.

‘We would regularly hear her arguing with Andrew and then she would have parties at gone midnight until 5am during the week when we had to get up for work.
‘One time I had just had my wisdom teeth out and she stared playing really loud music in the early hours and it was throbbing right under our bed.
‘I texted her and told her about my teeth and said could she keep it down and she replied saying she had was going to live her life by my teeth. ‘
Mr Scott lived above Flack’s place in Islington for a year, but moved out earlier this month.
He added: “She never apologized in person and one time she even sent her mum up to ask us to stop texting her about the noise.

“She was a grown woman getting her mum to do her dirty work. “
The TV star previously admitted she was a bad neighbor and would spend evenings at her flat playing music and singing karaoke at unsociable hours.
It comes as Flack is reportedly set to face more heartbreak as sources have claimed Channel 4’s The Surjury could be axed after her assault charge.The presenter, 80, announced she was set to host the controversial show back in October, which was expected to see young people convince a jury of peers and experts to approve of their life-changing operations.
But insiders claim the series won’t air as executives ‘do not want to associate’ with the media personality – who pleaded not guilty to assaulting her boyfriend Lewis Burton, 40, on Monday.
