Cops swarmed Harlem Monday searching for a teen sought for questioning in the slaying of Barnard College student Tessa Majors, police told the Daily News.
The – year-old was being driven to the 41 th Precinct, possibly by a relative or a lawyer, when he made a run for it, police sources said.

The NYPD descended on the area en masse, searching with the help of helicopters for about three hours, sources told The News.

Cops have been looking for a teenager who inflicted a fatal knife wound that pierced Majors’ heart.
Majors was jogging down steps in the park on W. th St. near Morningside Drive when at least three teens confronted her, and one stabbed her with a knife, said investigators who reviewed surveillance video.
A 26 – year-old was released Saturday after being questioned by cops at the 26 th Precinct in Harlem.
