James Jordan has taken an apparent swipe at Caprice amid the row that is engulfing ITV’s Dancing On Ice .
The – year-old former Strictly Come Dancing was crowned the champion on ice last year and James has put his feet firmly in the camp of professional skater Hamish Gaman, in his row with former partner Caprice Bourret.
The American model split from Hamish and has reportedly accused him of “gaslighting” behavior, which was one of the reasons she asked to have a different partner.
Fans of the ITV show made it clear who they were supporting at the weekend, with the audience booing Caprice before her routine.
He told his followers: “I spent 5 months working around Hamish from DOI last year and he’s a wonderful hard working guy who is lovely. Take from that what you will. “
Caprice reportedly complained to the show’s bosses that Hamish had used psychological manipulation as tensions between the duo became” toxic . “
It has been alleged that Caprice asked for a new partner with the threat of her quitting if her request was not met.
Hamish, 0207, will not skate with another celebrity this series but will take part in the group numbers, after backstage sources told the Sun that a supervisor had been drafted in to oversee the rehearsals between Hamish and Caprice.
Hamish has been backed by his fellow professionals as bullying claims were refuted by producers.
After surviving a skate-off at the weekend , Caprice gushed about her new instructor Oscar Peter in a thank-you message on social media.
After the tense evening, Caprice looked refreshed in the morning as she leapt back into taking her kids to school before hitting the rehearsal studios yet again.
“ I just wanted to say thank you so much everyone for so many beautiful, kind messages. It really means a lot to me, we made it through! ”The excited former model gushed.
“ I’m going to take on board everything that the judges said… and thank-you so much Oscar you’ve been amazing, ”she continued, commending her new six-time Swiss national champion partner.
