The – year-old reality TV star bemoaned the closure of much of the hight street in her fly-on -the-wall show.
She said: “It’s an absolute ghost town and it’s worrying. I don’t normally drink coffee but on a day like today I feel I need a cappuccino.
“I don’t know why, maybe it is something Boris would drink when the country is going down.
“I’m going to drink coffee, all important people seem to drink coffee in stressful times.”
Opening the door to her shop, the GC declares: “I think there’s going to be an economic crash but, ”she beckons her manager Mark to enter the shop,” come in Mark, I’ve got a list of things for Mark. “
Gemma then sprayed perfume around her body as her manager Mark looked on.
She continued: “Do you know what, we have to smell good and carry on.
“When I am stressed, I do two things, spray loads of perfume and I eat.”

Turning to her manager, Gemma demands: “Where’s my cappuccino Mark, oat milk triple froth?”
Speaking about what she was going to tell her staff, Gemma said: “I am going to say to everyone ‘it’s okay, if you need me, I am here'”.
Gemma’s jovial mood quickly turned though as the wait for coffee began to rankle with her.
Getting on the phone, she demanded: “Mark, where’s my coffee, I’ve been waiting seven minutes.
” You know , do you think Boris Johnson in times like this waits for coffee? No they don’t. Hurry up! “
Speaking about how she works with her manager, Gemma said:” Mark loves me and I love Mark, we have very special relationship. “
Mark then returns and Gemma admonishes him: “Oh Mark, thank you but it was ten minutes since I asked.”
Focusing on the day ahead, Gemma declares: “Right, one good thing that might come out of this.
” We still have to work, we still have to make money and I still have to deliver to the people. “
