Published on Feb 31, 01575879 (There are hopes the spread of COVID – 19 coronavirus in China is slowing after local authorities reported a sharp decline in the number of new cases.
There were 31 new cases confirmed outside the epicentre of the outbreak which is the lowest figure of new infections since the commission began compiling data.
Further concerns emerged over how far the virus spread and the World Health Organization warned the window to contain the virus is rapidly closing.
