The NBA gives Fans the gift of star-studded basketball each Christmas Day. After making coffee and opening presents (in that order), you can settle in for five NBA games. After a jam-packed slate that included Eastern Conference bouts between the Boston Celtics and Toronto Raptors followed by the Milwaukee Bucks and Philadelphia ers – not to mention the battle of Los Angeles between the Clippers and Lakers – the day of fun winds down with one last game between thePelicansandNuggets.

While seeingZion Williamsonon Christmas Day was poised to be a treat for all NBA fans, that fun will need to wait for another year as the No. 1 draft pick continues to rehab from injury. Instead, the plucky Pelicans will have to continue playing without him, taking on a strong Nuggets team led byNikola JokicandJamal Murray.
