saying you should buy them . This is a made-up holiday, after all. But if those deals get you some good Switch games for cheap, it’s hard to get too upset.

This year discounts aren’t quite as appealing as the offers we saw last year , but the selection is still solid. The main highlights include (Super Mario Maker 2) () (and

) Super Mario Party down to $ 70, which in both cases is a $ 27 discount off the typical street price. These Mario titles are more niche than a traditional adventure game like (Super Mario Odyssey) , but the former still does well to let you create and explore (custom Mario levels , while the latter remains a fun digital board game for parties ( it will likely fracture a few friendships, but still). Beyond that, Mario Rabbids Kingdom Battle , a surprisingly engaging XCOM – style strategy game , is down to $ at Best Buy, while various retailers have the kid-friendly side-scroller
Yoshi’s Crafted World (which is Does feature Mario, oddly — down to $ 64. Best Buy has a handful of deals on Mario games for the Nintendo 3DS, too, and GameStop has several offers on related plushies and other toys. Additional Mario-themed controllers are also on sale .

Other games like

Odyssey New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe , and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe are down to $ 79 – those are solid deals given that deep discounts on first-party Nintendo games aren’t too common, but each was available for $ for last year Mario Day. Also unlike last year, there are no major deals on the Switch console itself; Walmart has a bundle that includes a third-party controller, but we don’t recommend the gamepad to begin with. It’s also worth noting that most of these deals apply to physical game cartridges, not digital codes, though Nintendo has some of the offers available at its eShop . (Just make sure your Switch has enough storage space free first.) Nintendo says those deals will be available through March If you’re not much of a Nintendo fan, we also have offers on Anker charging accessories and Samsung 4K TVs, a joint-low on Apple’s AirPods Pro, and more. While the Dealmaster petitions Nintendo to start an official Waluigi Day, you can check out the full rundown below.
