Jose Mourinho is reportedly still eyeing up a return to a Premier League job almost a year after he was sacked as manager ofManchester United.

The controversial formerChelseaand United boss has most recently been working as a pundit for Sky Sports, and is still yet to take up a new job in management following his dismissal from Old Trafford last December.

He has rejected offers from China and, most recently, French side Lyon, and according to (the Sunthe 56 – year-old is desperate to take charge of another Premier League side because he wants to become the first manager to win major honors with three English clubs.

Whilst the likes of Sir Alex Ferguson and Arsene Wenger have won more silverware in total than Mourinho in England, it is understood Mourinho is driven by making history in achieving success at three clubs.

He won eight trophies over two spells at Chelsea, including three Premier League titles and an FA Cup, as well as the League Cup and Europa League at United.

It is thought that Mourinho would be interested in potential vacant roles at north London clubsArsenalorTottenham, with both their managers currently under pressure.

Gunners boss Unai Emery is struggling in his second season at the Emirates, with Arsenal currently lying four points outside the top four places, while Mauricio Pochettino’s job at Spurs is also far from secure after their nightmare start to the season.

Mourinho would fancy himself to deliver at least one trophy at either club, with both having the resources to spend money to help him.

Not many managers have delivered trophies to more than one team in England. Brian Clough won the old First Division with both Derby and Nottingham Forest, while Kenny Dalglish delivered three First Divisions withLiverpoolas well as a Premier League title with Blackburn, but it remains to be seen whether Mourinho can be the first to do the business with a third team.
