Meghan Marklehas shared “the sweetest” Christmas card with Prince Harry and baby Archie .

The adorable photo shows the Duke and Duchess of Sussex laughing in the background with Archie’s cute little face in the foreground.

The family is sat comfortably on the floor in front of a Christmas tree, complete with flashing lights and baubles.

They’ve chosen to release their photo in black and white, as Meghan often chooses to do.

The card – in the form of a ‘gif’ – says’ Merry Christmas and a happy new year ‘at the top. It adds ‘from our family to yours’.

The card was not officially released through any official royal channels, and first appeared on an unverified Twitter account called The Queen’s Commonwealth Trust.

the account said: “Just sharing the sweetest Christmas Card from our President and Vice-President, The Duke and Duchess of Sussex.

“Very Merry Christmas, everyone!”

It is understood that copies of the image, taken by the Couple’s friend Janina Gavankar, were emailed to friends and staff on Monday and hard copies sent to family.

It’s one of the clearest shots yet of little Archie, who is Looking directly into the camera.

And at the bottom it reads “this year we have chosen to send our holiday card electronically”.

A source told the Mirror: “Harry and Meghan sent a selection of hard copy cards to family but chose to send their cards electronically this year with the aim of being environmentally conscious as well as being in Canada where they are currently enjoying a six week break away from royal duties. “

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex took their seven month old boy with them for an “extended holiday break” after telling how they were struggling to deal with life in the public eye.

They decided to snub the Queen’s invitation to Sandringham in favor of staying abroad.

A spokesperson for Harry and Meghan earlier said they will be “spending private family time in Canada”.

The palace aide said: “The decision to base themselves in Canada reflect the importance of this Commonwealth country to them both.

The Duke of Sussex has been a frequent visitor to Canada over many years, and it was also home to The Duchess for seven years before she became a member of the Royal Family.

”They are enjoying sharing the warmth of the Canadian people and the beauty of the landscape with their young son.”

The Christmas Card Prince William and Kate Middleton released

The duchess, a former actress, lived and worked in Toronto during her time starring in the popular US drama suits, and the couple were famously pictured together when Meghan joined her then-boyfriend Harry at the 2017 Invictus Games in the Canadian city.

The Sussexes are likely to have spent the US Thanksgiving celebrations, which this year fell on November 28, with the duchess’ mother Gloria Ragland.

The adorable gif comes a few days after Kate Middletonand Prince William’s Christmas card has been leaked online.

The charming image shows the smiling royal couple with their three children in summery attire as they pose on a green motorcycle.

It is curre ntly unclear where or when the picture was taken as it has not been officially released by Kensington Palace.

The signed message simply reads: “Wishing you a very Happy Christmas and New Year. “

The card was revealed on (Twitterby Air Commodore Dawn McCafferty of the RAF Air Cadets, an organization which Prince William is a parton.
