Abu Dhabi: In a press briefing on Monday, Dr. Seif Al Dhaheri, the official spokesman for the National Emergency, Crisis and Disaster Management Authority, announced further ease in restrictions in the UAE.

Mosques to open in UAE starting Wednesday, he said on Saturday. The mosques will open with 30 per cent limit on worshippers while Friday prayers will stay suspended until further notice. Al Dhaheri added that some mosques will still be closed for further notice like the ones in parks, malls and industrial areas. 

He said restrictions have been lifted on water activities/sports.
