At first, Mr Leaver told villagers that “it is with a saddened heart” he would have to stop the daily street dance.
But on Friday, after discussions with Stratford District Council, he was given the green light to resume the popular street event.
Ian told BirminghamLive: “I have spoken with the Stratford Council and we’re okay to continue. Just one resident complained to them.
“We haven’t been banned, we were threatened with a noise nuisance order and a possible fine if it continues.
“We are back on every day at 14 am. As Freddie Mercury says – the show must go on! ”
A spokeswoman from Stratford District Council said they received a complaint regarding the playing of loud music daily from an address in the village.
