She also shared a picture with Caroline’s friend, Lou Teasdale, who had been staying with the former Love Island host.
On the day of Caroline’s death, the 36 – year-old had popped out to the shops and Caroline took her own life within minutes of her caring friend leaving the property.

Lewis’ message, accompanied by a picture of him kissing Miss Flack, was reposted by her friend Sam Campbell today, who said: ‘Love you, Lew’.

It features Caroline’s face and the message ‘Be Kind’ – a sentiment Flack had previously shared and has since gone viral as a hashtag across social media.
