  RANGERS say the person responsible for tauntingCelticcaptain Scott Brown about his sister’s death will be banned for life from Ibrox.

  The abuse had been directed towards Mr Brown after the Old Firm derby on Sunday which Celtic won 2-0.

  It came as a number of supporters gathered at the main door of Ibrox waiting for the players to appear.

  As Mr Brown made his way to Celtic’s team bus after the game, a supporter shouted: “How’s your sister?”.

  The jibe was a reference to Mr Brown’s younger sister Fiona who passed away at the age of 21 from skin cancer in 2008.

  The Celtic stared back and looked stunned beforepolicemoved in.

  One officer was heard to say: “Less of that, eh. Beat it you. Move.”

  ARangersfans is also heard saying: “Mate, come on to f *** man, that’s out of order. “

  A Rangers spokesman said that the individual “will be banned for life from Ibrox”.

  Many Rangers fans took to social media to condemn the abuse after seeing a video.

  The footballer has previously said how his sister’s illness and death at such a young age had hit him hard.

  Two years ago, the Celtic star slammed a Twitter troll who mocked his sister’s death and that of Hoops legend Tommy Burns.

  The footballer was sent an image on social media about skin cancer victims Fiona and former Celtic manager Burns.
