(CNN)The White House released a letter from President Donald Trump’s doctor on Monday, saying that his weekend checkup was routineand was handled the way it wasdue to “scheduling uncertainties.”
The letter also says the President has “not had any chest pain” and was not treated for “urgent or acute issues.” It also lists his cholesterol levels.
Trump’s visit to Walter Reed on Saturday did not follow the protocol of a routine presidential medical exam, according to a person familiar with the matter.
