SirRod Stewartis feeling the heat from Celtic supporters after the legendary singer appeared to endorse Boris Johnson.

The – year-old Hoops diehard has been home and abroad following the team he loves this season and the Hotline regular was in Rome to watch the historic win over Lazio in theEuropa Leaguelast month.

But Celtic fans had to do a double take when Sir Rod paid tribute to the Prime Minister in a social media post after he secured top spot in the album charts.

Stewart wrote on Twitter: “Thank you once again to my legions of fans who I will never take for granted.
