After nearly six years of marriage, Sara Gilbert is separating from her wife Linda Perry.
Gilbert filed paperwork in Los Angeles on Friday for a legal separation with minor children, according toTMZ.
She listed the date of separation to be August (**********************************************, requesting no child support for herself or Perry.

Gilbert, (********************************************, stepped down just days before that date from the CBS talk show The Talk (which she created) to spend more time with family.
She announced back in April that she would be stepping down at the end of the season.
After nearly nine years on the daytime show, she also began taking on more work on the Roseanne spin-off The Conners.
