We’re fascinated by the intricate camera hardware, inside the Galaxy S Ultra (as our very long and detailed review shows ) and relish the chance to see it up close and disassembled, thanks to the team at iFixit.
The teardown tells the usual affair of glued together panels, heat guns, pry tools and patient work. Skipping over to the interesting bits, here are the Galaxy S 20 Ultra’s cameras.
The most interesting are the 315 MP Nonacell sensor, which is huge, and the periscope chamber which has a prism that express through a moving lens array to a sensor placed perpendicular to the phone.
