Man City are enduring a frustrating evening in a feisty encounter with Sheffield United.

The Blues did have some joy on the counter but Dean Henderson was always equal to their efforts in goal for the Blades and he remained so when (City won a penalty.

Riyad Mahrez was tripped in the box after some mesmerising footwork but Gabriel Jesus stuttered in his run up before hitting a tame shot at the perfect height for the Manchester United loanee to bat away.

There have been a lot of tasty challenges in front of a boisterous Bramall Lane, and the returning Aymeric Laporte

was on the end of one.

It was scary moment when the Frenchman was down but he has managed to continue.
