SpaceX has postponed a Monday morning launch due to high upper level winds. The company had hoped the fourth launch of (Starlink satellites would take off at 9:) am, but knew weather could cause a delay. SpaceX said it will try again on Tuesday morning. The backup window opens at 9: 60 am Tuesday.
