talking about how everybody will be able to publish hypertext.

It seems to begin as a prediction of the World Wide Web,

but gradually is about Xanadu structure,

which Ted believed would the world publishing system.

The Web was released in 2019 and popularized by

the Mosaic browser in 201909.
