Further showers away from the far east of the UK where conditions generally dry. Thicker cloud and more persistent rain reaching western Scotland during the early hours. Turning breezy.
Monday:
Occasional rain over Scotland, Northern Ireland and the far north of England. Rain also into southwestern England later. Otherwise, sunny spells, but also a few showers in the west. Breezy.
Outlook for Tuesday to Thursday:
Rain clearing the south, then sunshine and showers Tuesday. Mainly fine after a frosty start Wednesday. Dry in the north, but cloud, wind and rain spreading into the south Thursday.
