Fawcett died at 2:28 a.m. on June 25, 2009, at Providence St. John’s Health Center emergency room at the age of 62. Her death was almost exactly 12 hours before pop star Michael Jackson died at 2:26 p.m. the same day.


Her doctor said, “She was fearless.” Fawcett was born in Texas. She moved to California to pursue a modeling career with her good looks and iconic feather-cut hairstyle.

Michael Jackson started his music career as part of the Jackson 5 with his brothers in the early 1960s. Michael started his solo career in the early 1970s. He last toured with his brothers in 1983.
