WORLD’S worst rapist Reynhard Sinaga spent a decade partying in the UK funded by a “very rich” family in Indonesia who did not know he was gay and begged him to settle down and marry a woman.
The depraved sex fiend drugged and assaulted up to men athis flat near Manchester city center’s gay village during a two-year reign of terror.
The – year-old PhD student blew his rich property tycoon dad’s money on partying as he enjoyed Manchester’s liberal and tolerant atmosphere to homosexuality.
But his openly gay lifestyle was a world away from the strict Catholic upbringing he had in Indonesia where homosexuality is frowned upon and illegal in some states.
His parents Saibun and Normawaty did not even know their son was gay and tried to pester him into getting married.

A former friend told The Sun: “His relationship with his family was not good.
“They found him odd even before he came out as gay. And he didn’t come out to them.
“I think he liked to get people’s attention to compensate.
“He used to say he was depressed because his parents tried to make him meet some girl from his country.
“The relationship wasn’t good because they wanted him to marry and have a family. We used to tell him to cheer up because he could be himself in Manchester.

“He used to change his hair and clothes to go home and see them.”

He was suspended from the university on his arrest and will not be allowed to complete his doctorate.
Sinaga had begun to explore his sexuality as a student and had a string of boyfriends during his time living in Manchester.
A pal said: “He would go to the gay village with us, but he used to tell us that during the week he would go to other clubs around. He liked masculine guys.”
