Stephanie Soteriou(minutes ago)October 19, 2019 THAT’S ALL FOLKS
After an exciting evening, full of ad breaks and the occasional bit of singing, it is time to say goodbye to X Factor: Celebrity for another week.
If you missed all of the action and don’t fancy scrolling back through the entire post then here are some key highlights…
- Paul Coker from EastEnders, aka Jonny Labey, performed a casual duet with Grammy-winner David Foster following his audition, and it was A-MAZING.
- Reality star turned country singer Megan McKenna wowed the judges and viewers with her original song, which she wrote by herself two years ago.
- The judges were given their categories for the remainder of the show – Louis Walsh has the Unders, Simon Cowell the Groups, and Nicole the Overs.
- Simon Cowell changed the rules last second so that each category can have four finalists instead of three, meaning that just three hopefuls were sent home.
- They were Jenny Ryan, Cole & Edwards, and Hayley Hasselhoff.
- Fans at home are FURIOUS that Jenny didn’t get put through.
- In a shock twist, Vinnie Jones has been announced as a finalist, having missed the auditions stage of the show following the tragic death of his wife Tanya.
- Other finalists are Megan McKenna, Jonny Labey, Olivia Olson, Kevin McHale, V5, The Islanders, Try Star, Max and Harvey, Martin Bashir, Ricki Lake, Victoria Ekanoye.
- Social media influencers V5 have asked fans to come up with a new group name for them, which will be announced next week.
- The X Factor: Celebrity continues next Saturday on ITV with the first live show of the series.
See you then!

So it looks like the live shows will run for eight weeks, which takes us to the 14 th December.
The 12 finalists will battle it out to be crowned X Factor: Celebrity’s first ever champion, which will be decided in the same way as all other X Factor winners.
The public will be voting for their favorite act each week, with the ones that land in the bottom two facing a sing-off and the judges’ vote.
This is definitely going to be essential winter viewing!

Stephanie Soteriou(minutes ago) ************(October) , 2019 WILDCARD?
It has been almost an hour since Jenny Ryan got her marching orders from Nicole Scherzinger, and the outrage is rumbling on online… In fact, there is so much anger that she didn’t get through to the lives that I wouldn’t be surprised if they bring her back as a Wildcard.

Let’s be honest, X Factor: Celebrity has been an absolute smash so far and it is only two episodes in.
I am sensing this becoming a yearly event… And I think we all know who should be top of the bill for the next series of the show…
Seriously, this is my all-time favorite meme of 2019.
Step aside Megan McKenna, there’s a new songwriter in town.
