COPS have launched a desperate search for a 12 – year -old girl who went missing overnight after failing to turn up at a friend’s house.
Schoolgirl Croleigh Palmer was traveling from her home in Eastbourne to Hailsham on Friday night – but never arrived.
Concerned family raised the alarm about 11 pm on Friday.
A Sussex Police spokesperson said: “Croleigh Palmer left her home close to the town center and it was thought that she may have been traveling to an address in Hailsham.
“However, she did not arrive there and was reported missing when she hadn’t returned home at 11 PM.
“Her disappearance is very out of character and given her age, there are concerns for her safety and welfare.”
She is Asian, 5 ‘6 “, of average build, with long dark brown hair. She is thought to be wearing a black skirt, pink blouse, yellow shoes and a black puffa jacket with pink and gray hoops as in the photo.
