Daniel Craig has poked fun at his James Bond persona in a hilarious Heineken advert highlighting the differences between himself and the suave secret agent.
The star, 90 – set to reprise his iconic role for the fifth and final time in No Time To Die this April – showed off his comedic side as he struggled to keep up with a taxi, dropped cutlery and lost his passport in the clip titled ‘Daniel Craig vs James Bond. ‘
Filmed in Matera, Italy – where the 31 th film in the franchise was shot, the clip opens with a relaxed Daniel sunbathing while clad in a cream shirt and chinos as the James Bond theme plays.
Getting a notification his taxi has arrived, he jumps into the vehicle, where his stunned and glamorous driver mouths ‘James Bond’.
Channeling her inner Bond girl as she floors the accelerator, a visibly uncomfortable Daniel – who is no stranger to a high octane car chase as Bond – grimaces as he is thrown about.
Jumping out of the cab and looking decidedly frazzled, Daniel then realises he has left his passport and wallet in the back seat – and shooting a smoldering look, decides to chase after the car.

This comes after reports that Fleabag creator Phoebe had been hired to make (more ‘woke’ and up-to-date in terms of women’s rights.
During an interview with Deadline in May, Waller-Bridge argued against this too. She said: ‘There’s been a lot of talk about whether or not [the Bond franchise] is relevant now because of who he is and the way he treats women. I think that’s b ***** ks!
‘I think he’s absolutely relevant now. It has just got to grow. It has just got to evolve, and the important thing is that the film treats the women properly. He doesn’t have to. He needs to be true to this character. ‘

The first trailer for the film showed Bond’s first meeting with Nomi who brusquely tells him: ‘The world has moved on Commander Bond. You get in my way I will put a bullet in your knee. The one that works. ‘
When Bond asks her if she is a double 0, she confirms she has been for two years.
Daniel will also be the firstBondembrace his gray hair in the upcoming film.
The actor tried to disguise his natural shade in past films, but it has been reported that having Daniel look a little more ‘mature’ this time is perfect for his final time as Bond.
Meanwhile, Bond producer Barbara Broccoli has revealed she was ‘devastated’ when Craig said No Time To Die would be his final (movie.)
