A TERRIFIED mum screamed “stay away … I’m infected” and “my son’s dying” after he reportedly swallowed deadly RICIN in Manchester.
Emergency crews in haz-mat suits placed Moor Road, Wythenshawe, on total lockdown in the wake of this morning’s full-scale toxin alert.

It is suspected the man may have consumed castor seeds – which contain traces of the killer toxin ricin.
Neighborhood Mark Dalton told the Sun Online: “The mum was out in the street in a really agitated state.
“People went up to try and help her but she screamed: ‘Stay away I’m infected’.”
Jim Hutton, who lives near to the property,told the MEN: “ She came out of the house shouting ‘where the f *** are they? My son’s dying in there ’.”
Another neighbor Sue Chamber, 63, said: “People said he’d taken ricin. We were all told to stay away.
“We thought we were going to be poisoned. It’s a real shock.”

Police were called out shortly after 9am and a hazardous materials team, four fire engines and paramedics soon joined them at the scene.
The man at the center of the medical alert was treated by paramedics before being taken to hospital on a stretcher.
Another witness said: “There’s a lot of them here. I’m outside one of the houses which has been taped off.
“They (the police) said there’s a chemical issue, that’s all they told us.”
A Greater Manchester Police spokesman said: ‘”Police were called by the ambulance service shortly before 9am this morning to a report of concern for the welfare of a man at a property on Moor Lane.
