Dubai: The third edition of the Arab Hope Makers will be held at Dubai’s Coca Cola Arena on February 20, His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai tweeted on Friday.

Ninety two thousand participants from 15 Arab countries and 23 foreign countries will take part in the initiative dedicated to honouring people who launch humanitarian initiatives, projects and programmes that improve their communities, the quality of life in their environments and help those in need, making a positive impact on the lives of people around them.

“The emirates message is a message of hope and optimism in our ability to make positive change for our societies,” tweeted Shaikh Mohammad.

His Highness added that this year, the initiative adopts a great humanitarian project with proceeds going to Professor Magdy Yacoub Hospital for treating heart diseases in Egypt.

“The goal is to make the ceremony a new hope for thousands of hearts in need of care,” added Shaikh Mohammad in his tweets.
