Your core muscles are basically the connecting bridge between your upper body and lower body. Though we might not notice but we engage our core muscles in every activity. When we walk, exercise, sit or perform basically any activity, our core is engaged and strengthening our core improves our overall health and wellbeing. Here are a few benefits core health has in our everyday life.

Weak core muscles increase the risk of back ache and injury. The major reason for this is the lack of spinal support. The total weight of our upper body lies on our spinal cord but if we do not maintain healthy core muscles, we deprive our spine of the necessary support.
