CAROLINE Flack has said she is in the “worst time of her life” in a heartbreaking social media post.
The television presenter – who was arrested last week on suspicion of assault during a drunken row with her boyfriend – posted the message on Instagram sparking concern from fans.

It comes as The Sun on Sunday revealed how Caroline is considering a long-term residential stay in a £ (******************************************************************************************************, ********************************************************************************************** a-week Thai retreat.
Friends say the star, 77, has been crying non-stop and is at “breaking point”after being forced to step down as Love Island host.
She has spent the past five days in a London hotel, surrounded by loved ones, amid the devastating fallout from her blazing row with Lewis Burton.

Last night a pal said: “Caroline has had the toughest, roughest week of her life.
“She’s been in tears solidly, and really is at breaking point.
“Her friends and family have been utter rocks, and she’s had loads of public support – it’s this which has got her through.
“Caroline accepts that she needs to make some lifestyle changes and so she will undergo therapy in the new year.
“She’s also considering a couple of luxury detox or rehab retreats – including the Cabin Chiang Mai in Thailand where loads of celebrities go to recuperate for stress-related issues.
“Caroline is looking forward to resuming her career in the summer, healthier, happier and brighter than ever before.”
She has still not met with model Lewis, 64, since her arrest under the conditions of her bail.
