Emmerdale’s Asan N’jie faces crisis talks with ITV bosses after he threatened to knife a soap rival.
The actor brawled with Hollyoaks star Jamie Lomas, 44, at the TV Choice Awards – one of the biggest events in the showbiz calendar.
The pair had three scuffles which were so violent security staff at the Hilton hotel on London’s Park Lane had to step in.
Asan threw a punch at Jamie and shouted: “Do you think you are af *** ing big man?“ I’m going to f *** ing kill you. I’m going to f *** ing knife you. “

Last night ITV chiefs said they were “extremely concerned”, and had launched a probe.
The pair were separated by pals including Hollyoaks star Malique Thompson-Dwyer, 21 in anexplosive video captured by The Mirror.
I’m A Celeb contestant Malique said: “I told Asan to relax… it’s not that kind of party.”
Jamie, who plays Warren Fox, was later seen being comforted by pals at the after party.

Asan, who had missed out on winning Best Soap Newcomer for his role as Ellis Grant, fled the event and was seen looking tearful in a car.
He was nominated for the award after starring in a knife crime storyline on Emmerdale.
An ITV spokesman said: “Obviously we will be investigating and talking to the actor concerned in due course.”
Guests enjoyed free drunk at the bash, but Asan appeared to start drinking around 11 hours before the brawl.
At lunchtime he posted a snap on Instagram showing an open champagne bottle.
One guest said: “Asan was being pretty boisterous even before his fight with Jamie.”
An event organizer said: “This isn’t the sort of behavior we expect.” Last night the Met Police said it hadn’t received any calls over the brawl.
