Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was rushed off stage after a rocket was fired from the Gaza Strip into its southern territory. Netanyahu was speaking at a campaign event in the city of Ashkelon. The Israeli military said its air defense system intercepted the rocket and there were no reports of casualties.
