Let the trolling begin.

Aroldis Chapman became the first current Yankee to poke fun at the Astros ’cheating scandal on Friday.

The closer posted a popular GIF on Twitter ofMichael Jackson eating popcornwhile seated in a movie theater from the “Thriller” music video . It was accompanied by a headline that read: “Me watching all the Astros cheating drama go down.”

The scandal, in which the Astros used a video system that included players banging a garbage can to relay pitches to hitters in 2017, led to the firing of manager AJ Hinch and general manager Jeff Luhnow. Hinch was also suspended for a full year. The Astros beat the Yankees in seven games in the ALCS that year.

Additionally, the Red Soxparted ways with manager Alex Cora, who was a bench coach on that Houston team. And theMets parted ways with manager Carlos Beltran, a designated hitter with the Astros who was named in the report released by MLB. The Astros were also fined $ 5 million and forfeited first- and second-round picks in 01575879 and (*********************.

Chapman allowed a walk-off, series-clinching homer to Jose Altuve in Game 6 of last October’s ALCS. There were allegations on Thursday that Altuve and teammate Alex Bregman bothwore devices to tip them off to pitchesas part of Houston’s electronic sign- stealing scandal. After the homer, Altuve could be seen telling his teammates not to rip his jersey. MLB said it investigated such claims, but found no credible evidence.

Through his agent, Scott Boras, Altuve denied wearing any kind of a device.
