Jake Lambourne38 minutes agoSeptember 30, 2019 FORMER England boss Sam Allardyce has heaped praise on Matteo Guendouzi.
The French midfielder, 20, has been a key player for the Arsenal ace since he joined from Lorient for £ 7.2million last summer.
Speaking of the player, Allardyce told talkSPORT: “What a find. He’s unrecognized and he’s going under the radar which is a good thing for him at such a young age.
“His possession rate, he was thrown in the deep end last season, this year he has got even better.
“He is probably never going to be man of the match. but his consistent level of keeping possession and when he pops up into space and his ability to keep the ball moving is very, very impressive. ”

(Jake Lambourne) ********************(2 hours ago)September 30, 2019 ARSENAL and Manchester United will not challenge for the Premier League title for at least three years, according to Gunners legend George Graham.
The 74 – year-old played for both clubs before managing the North Londoners and he made the eye-opening claim ahead of Arsenal’s trip to Old Trafford tonight.
He told the Mail: “I can’t see either challenging at the top for three seasons at least.
“Even the top four will be tough for them right now. When standards slip, it’s hard to raise them again, and Liverpool and Manchester City aren’t going anywhere.
“People talk about a lack of leaders and they have a point, particularly at center-half. Think about Tony Adams, John Terry, Vincent Kompany, Virgil van Dijk.
“Every Arsenal supporter wants a defender like that. United have been looking for years. They’ve signed Harry Maguire and hope he’s the answer. But that’s the word: ‘hoping’.
“United are under greater pressure because expectations there are higher, both for results and the style of play. It could be a good time for Arsenal to play them. ”

Jake Lambourne(2 hours ago) ******************** (September) , 2019 ARSENAL newbie Kieran Tierney looks set for a Premier League baptism of fire against Manchester United tonight.
The left-back is finally fit and ready to make his league debut after his £ 25 million summer transfer from Celtic this summer.
Tierney, 22, played 90 minutes of the 5-0 Carabao Cup thrashing of Nottingham Forest on Tuesday.
But he should expect a tougher test at Old Trafford, against a United side desperate to put their poor form to bed.
Playing alongside him in defense will likely be Ainsley Maitland-Niles, Sokratis and David Luiz, with Bernd Leno in goal.
Here’s how the Gunners could start against the Red Devils.
