Man charged with murder over death of schoolboy, 12, in car collision – Sky News, Sky.com

A man has been charged with murder after a 12 – year-old boy was killed in a collision with a car in Essex last week.

Harley Watson was fatally injured when a vehicle collided with children outside Debden Park High School in Loughton on 29 November.

A woman, six boys and three girls between the ages of 12 and 23 were also hurt.

Terence Glover, 51, of Newmans Lane in Loughton, has been charged with murder, dangerous driving and 10 counts of attempted murder.

He will appear at a magistrates court in Chelmsford on Friday.

Senior Investigating Officer DCI Rob Kirby said: “I would like to thank the local community for all the help they have given us since this tragic event on Monday.

“So many people have come forward to give us information.”

Mr Kirby urged anyone who has not already come forward to contact police on 101 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
