Prime minister rules out extension as Remainer MPs seek control of Commons agenda
Britain is heading for its third general election in less than five years after Boris Johnson said yesterday that he would go to the polls rather than accept another Brexit delay.
The prime minister said that he did not want to send voters back to the ballot box but told MPs that he would seek an election on October 14 if they moved to block ano-deal exittoday.
